Who Are We?

Be in Peace is a grassroot, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit charitable organization that develops and delivers trauma relief and peacebuilding programs for those who’ve faced loss and trauma from war and natural disaster. 

We work with those affected by conflict and disaster around the world, bringing people together in community for inner peace, emotional self-regulation, and peacebuilding.

We are currently working in Arsal, Lebanon in the aftermath of the Syrian War, and have translated all our Be In Peace programs into Arabic, helping the Syrian and Lebanese people who are suffering there find inner peace, safety and comfort. We teach them science-based self-care skills in self-regulation, emotional mastery and heart / brain coherence techniques …the syncing and balancing of the heart / brain and Autonomic Nervous System.
